Returns & Refund Policy
At Osmoland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. By purchasing from Osmoland, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all components, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Items that are damaged, altered, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.
- Non-returnable items (if applicable) include: gift cards, downloadable digital products, and any items marked as final sale.
2. How to Start a Return
- To initiate a return, contact us at david@osmoland.com.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as Osmoland is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Store credit may be issued only if specifically requested by the customer before the refund is processed.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not automatically offer exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be declined if:
- Requested after 30 days from the delivery date
- Item is damaged, altered, or used
- Item is missing components or original packaging
- Return is unauthorized
