1. Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all components, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Items that are damaged, altered, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.
• Non-returnable items (if applicable) include: gift cards, downloadable digital products, and any items marked as final sale.

2. How to Start a Return

• To initiate a return, contact us at david@osmoland.com.
• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as Osmoland is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Method & Timing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
• Store credit may be issued only if specifically requested by the customer before the refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

• We currently do not automatically offer exchanges.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Returns may be declined if:

• Requested after 30 days from the delivery date
• Item is damaged, altered, or used
• Item is missing components or original packaging
• Return is unauthorized
